The final installment of the two-part live action film of the original Obata Yuki’s Manga, Bokura Ga ita. It was completely portrayed exactly as it was in the Manga, the tear-jerking lines and heart-breaking scenes.
BGI: Zenpen is light, warm and a fuzzy kind of movie. It’s refreshing and heart-warming. This second part, BGI: Kouhai, tells the darkness of the story, the reasons behind everything. The movie is good, it portrayed everything significant in the original story.

Comparing the Manga, Anime and Live-Action; I’m all in for the Manga. The Manga definitely had the biggest impact on me. I was totally devastated when it ended seven months ago. It will always be my favorite.
One word: PERFECTION
This movie is worth the wait! Every single significant line is there. From Manga to Series and now this Movie, it’s perfect. I can’t even say just enough good things about it.

NOW I CAN’T WAIT FOR PART TWO. /SOB
This morning, I went to Cardinal Santos to do something. I went too early tho. While I was on my way, B said he was going to meet me to get his credentials at Medical City. I finished my thing at Cardinal Santos and decided to hang out in Greenhills for a bit to get brunch. While I was waiting, our plans changed to only me getting his credentials at Medical City since I was already in the place and it will take him a few more hours to reach Manila. Since he will treat me to see The Dark Knight Rises, I agreed on. Waited an hour or so wandering around Greenhills since it’s already lunchtime when we finished talking about the plans. Then I went to Medical City to do what needs to be done.
After the thing at Medical City, I left for SM Manila. The ride from Ortigas to SM Manila was so long it bored the hell out of me. Or I think it was that I’m excited to see him. Maybe. Met him around 2:30pm. SM Manila was packed with students, it was annoying. We ate first then went straight to the cinemas. I’ll describe the The Dark Knight Rises in one word: Epic. The movie was awesome and I need to see the first installment because I haven’t watched it yet. I’m looser like that. Anyway, after that we went to his dorm to hangout a bit then went home. It was already dark because the movie was three hours I think? Something like that. He went back to Pampanga after that and I went to the grocery and did some errands. I went home after.
I had a lot of fun. He’s so much fun! I want more of these laid back dates. :)
