This movie! I’m in-love with this movie! A story about family, long distance relationship and a tree. Yes you read it right, a tree.
Sae-chan (Yui Aragaki) lost her dad at a young age. Her Dad planted this Dogwood Tree in front of their house knowing he has a disease and could not watch Sae grow up. Kohei is attending a High School who specialize in fishery because he wants to succeed his father and grandfather. They will encounter long distance love, separation and trials.
10 years later these two people have a miracle.
Long distance relationships isn’t that uncommon. I’ve experienced one myself and from it, I learned that it really isn’t what people think. It’s not that until you have communication and love and yes, trust, it will work out. It’s really a lot of things. One need to learn to understand, to build up and to protect that love. These people may end up together… or not.
A movie that will make you realize relationships and love on a whole new different level. 5 stars for this!
PS: Ikuta Toma is hot, really really hot. (I can’t wait for Bokura Ga Ita Live-Action)
